Setting some (race) goals for the upcoming season? Our Gravel Pro package has everything to get you in the right shape at the start of your season or race.

Former pro Joonas Henttala has over two decades of experience from competitive cycling and is currently coaching multiple athletes both on road and gravel. Joonas will share his experience by assessing your goals and developing your training plans, run online meetings on nutrition, recovery, race strategies and more. The program also includes rides together with the multi-talented AJ Juntunen.

Online or personal meeting at the start; introduction, training/racing history assessment, goals and ambitions, time investment possibilities
Along the way 2x online meetings on nutrition, recovery, race preparation, tactics, pacing strategies
Weekly personalized training program. Adjustments on the fly if needed
During spring / summer 3x 2-3h gravel- rides with the coach + Antti-Jussi Juntunen: general technique/skill practice, tips and banter (Helsinki or Girona)
Clients in colder climates are welcomed to a weekly group workout on Zwift
NGS- event(s) discount: -25% on all events
NGS merch: NGS Velocio jersey + cap
Possibility to join a training camp in Girona guided by the coach (travels and accommodation not included in this package)
Couples package- option. Join with your partner or a friend; push the limits and have fun together!
