Explore the beauty of the Salpausselkä (Lahti) Geopark, which is part of the UNESCO’s Global Geoparks List, in the Finnish Lakeland region. The area offers stunning natural beauty and diverse landscapes. Forests alternating with pristine lakes and ridges but constantly providing excellent hardpack gravel roads. Welcome to the champagne gravel region!
This guided 3-day gravel tour takes you around the best gravel roads and trails in the area. During the first 3 days you will be riding point to point stages arriving in Pajulahti, the FLL event location on the third day. On the forth day (Friday) you can opt for a rest day our join one of our coffee or shakeout rides. Day five is reserved for the UCI Gravel World Series Qualifier race and day six the traditional Falling Leaves Lahti event with distance options of 50, 80 or 145km.
During the camp days you will be covering approximately 100-110km/day with 1000 meters of elevation gain/day. A unique gravel adventure requiring good fitness, but maintaining a social pace and atmosphere. Daily shortcuts are possible if needed, Accommodation, luggage transport, technical support, lunches and guide are included. BMC Kaius and URS rental bikes are available for the duration of the camp.

How to get there: Lahti is located 1:15h by train from Helsinki Airport (one switch). From the Lahti Railway Station we operate a shuttle service to Pajulahti.
Group size: individual bookings (total group size minimum 6 - maximum 30 persons)
Price: 1799€/pp (in double room). Includes 3 or 4 star accommodation with breakfast, lunch and dinner. Event registrations for the weekend events, all guiding, support vehicle, luggage transport and mechanical assistance. Bike rental not included.
Day 1 - Tuesday 08.09: Lahti-Vääksy (125 km)
The first day, starting from Lahti, takes you through undoubtedly one of best gravel sections in the region. After 50km you will enter the Evo National Park. Beautiful and wide gravel forest roads are alternated with farmland scenery and lake views before entering Vääksy. No long climbs but you will collect over 1000 ascending meters by the time you finish day 1. Sauna by the lake awaits.
Day 2 - Wednesday 09.09: Vääksy-Vierumäki (95 km)
After a night in the charming old apothecary you will turn east on hardpack pristine gravel roads and pass along, and in between, multiple lakes. We finish the day with a 10km gravel rollercoaster before finishing the day in Vierumäki. Lake swimming and sauna available and a possibility to have dinner in one of the best restaurants in the region. 75% unpaved and gravel roads.
Day 3 - Thursday 10.09: Vierumäki - Pajulahti (110 km)
Starting off with a rollercoaster of forest roads we head south towards the Pajulahti event area location. Before turning back north to the our destination you will be cruising along wide-open gravel roads with limited ascending meters for the last 45 km. 85% unpaved and gravel roads. The lake sauna and swimming are among the best in the area followed by a riders buffet.
Day 4 - Friday 11.09: Pajulahti
Our Falling Leaves Lahti event program has multiple shakeout and coffee rides schedules so you can either opt for a rest day or join a social (recovery) ride on Friday.
Day 5 - Saturday 12.09: UCI Qualifier Gravel World Series Lahti 2026
Select your distance for the big day. 100, 145 or 180km to conclude your week on the gravel of the Salpausselkä Geopark region. Either way, a great atmosphere and our NGS season party are waiting for you.
Day 6 - Sunday 13.09: Falling Leaves Lahti event
Participate in the classic and largest gravel event in Finland. Distances of 50, 80 or 145km. Also part of the 2026 NGS Classification.
Day 7 - Monday 14.09
Breakfast and shuttle service return to Lahti Railway Station.
