08:00 - 10:45 Registration office open. (Hotel Alba)
09:30h Start 173 km
11:00h Start 110 & 60 km

14:00 - 19:00h Post-ride food (incl. in registration)
15:00 - 19:00h Sauna & boat sauna + lake swim
18:00h Podium Ceremony (Elite Race Men's and Women's)
19:00h NGS Party (free access for all)


A wardrobe for personal belongings is available in the event area.
The event routes are marked, however use of a GPS device or phone navigation app is recommended. All gpx route files can be downloaded here.

The course has the following feed zones:
173km: feed zones 40.5km - 85km - 110km -148km
110km: feed zones 50km - 83km
60km: feed zone 26.5km
    Participants take part in the event at their own risk and should be covered by an individual insurance policy. The organizer takes no responsibility for physical or material damages during the event. The use of a helmet is obligatory throughout the event. Make sure your smartphone is charged and your bike has been checked before starting the event. Carry a repair kit with you. Bring your swimming gear for the post-ride sauna and swimming.

    Tapahtuma-alueella on säilytys henkilökohtaisille tavaroille.

    Tapahtumareitit on merkitty, mutta GPS-laitteen tai puhelimen navigointisovelluksen käyttöä suositellaan. 

    Reiteillä on seuraavat huoltopisteet:

    Osallistujat osallistuvat tapahtumaan omalla vastuullaan ja heillä tulee olla henkilökohtainen vakuutus. Järjestäjä ei ota vastuuta fyysisistä tai aineellisista vahingoista tapahtuman aikana. Kypärän käyttö on pakollista ajon aikana. Varmista ennen tapahtuman aloittamista, että älypuhelimesi on ladattu ja pyöräsi tarkastettu. Ota korjaussarja /vararengas/työkalut mukaan.. Ota mukaan uima-asu ja pyyhe matkan jälkeiseen saunaan ja uimiseen.
