Helsinki - Bergslagen Gravel Earth Series Travel Package

 

Join us in Bergslagen (Sweden) for the NGS / Gravel Earth Series event on August 11-12th 2023.

The package includes:
- bus transport for rider and bike 
- ferry crossing with ferry sleeping cabin (and one breakfast)
- Bergslagen accommodation for 2 nights with breakfast.

Bus transport with a 50 seater bus so sufficient space is available. Bike trailer fits 18 bikes, an additional 5 to 8 bikes can be transported in bike bag or case.

Thursday 10.8.2023
17:00h - 17:30h Departure from the Olympic Stadion Helsinki parking, packing starts at 17.00h.
19:00h Turku Harbour - option to join from Turku
20.55h Viking Line M/S Viking Grace starts at 20.55 towards Stockholm. Inside Four type cabins on the ferry are reserved. Double or single room cabins available.

Reservation via the form below, valid upon reception of payment.
50% of the reservation is charged on signup (bank transfer), the remaining 50% 45 days before departure.
Cancellations with full refund are accepted until 45 days before departure.
A minimum of 15 participants is needed to operate the service.
