About your hosts

Mérida Miller is a self-described professional amateur gravel cyclist for @castelli_sog, Mérida races hard, learns loudly, and brings big energy wherever she rides. Beyond the results, she’s deeply committed to making gravel a more welcoming space for amateur women — through honest storytelling, community-led rides, and creating experiences where everyone feels like they belong on the start line. At the Gravel Camp, Mérida will be leading our party pace group — expect good vibes, inclusive energy, and zero pressure, just great riding together. She’s also very excited to explore Finland by bike for the first time (we can’t wait to show her our roads).

Joonas Henttala is a former professional cyclist and Finnish Champion road cycling. After his active career he's been enjoying gravel riding and trail running and is happy to show you around the Lahti gravel paradise.
