Refund policy

1 Physical Products

All physical products purchased in our online store can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days after purchase given they are returned in the original condition and packaging. Return postage cost is at the expense of the customer, Breakaway.cc covers the shipping cost of the exchanged product. 

Products shipped and returned to Breakaway.cc / Nordic Gravel Series because not picked up in due time by the recipient, can be sent again at the expense (extra cost) of the recipient.

2 Event Registrations

What happens if the event is cancelled due to covid-19?

If the local authorities prohibit an event taking place because of the covid-19 pandemic, or the event organizer decides the overall health of participants is at risk and cancels/postpones the event, you are entitled to one of the following compensations.

  1. Deferral of your registration to another event of your choice of the 2023 or 2024 Nordic Gravel Series at no extra cost.

  2. A Nordic Gravel Series voucher for the total amount to be used at your convenience. No expiration date.

I would like a refund or defer my registration

All registrations are non-refundable but participants have the right to defer their entry to another event of the 2023 or 2024 NGS. If you like to defer your registration to another event this can be done no later than 30 days before the event at no extra cost. Registrations can also be forwarded to a friend or relative. Registrations paid by e- or sports vouchers such as Edenred, Smartum or ePassi, are also non-refundable.
